摘    要:目的 探讨静息心率(RHR)与MS发病的关系。方法 采用整群抽样方法,选择河南省某农村地区≥18岁常住居民为研究对象。2007年7-8月和2008年7-8月进行问卷调查、体格检查、血糖及脂质谱检测。2013年7-8月和2014年7-10月进行与基线相同内容的随访。结果 在平均6年的随访期间,MS累积患病率为21.89%(1 933/8 829),其中男性为16.78%(664/3 957),女性为26.05%(1 269/4 872);控制潜在的混杂因素后,以基线RHR<60次/min组为参照,RHR 60~69、70~79、80~89和≥90次/min组发生MS的OR值(95%CI)分别为1.24(0.95~1.60)、1.42(1.10~1.84)、1.63(1.24~2.15)和1.62(1.16~2.27),其中男性分别为1.12(0.81~1.55)、1.23(0.88~1.71)、1.42(0.97~2.07)和1.84(1.09~3.11),女性分别为1.46(0.93~2.29)、1.70(1.09~2.65)、1.99(1.25~3.16)和1.78(1.06~2.98)。结论 女性MS发病风险高于男性且升高的RHR增加MS发病风险。应制定针对RHR升高的成年人群尤其是女性的MS综合干预策略和措施。
