| 摘 要： | 消化道恶性肿瘤在恶性肿瘤的发病和死亡中占据前列,为更好地对广东省癌症防控提供依据,本研究根据广东省2004-2005年全死因回顾调查资料对消化道恶性肿瘤死亡特征进行分析.1.资料与方法:资料来源于广东省2004-2005年12个县(区、市)第三次死因回顾调查.采取等比例分层整群随机抽样方法1].利用国家统一的调查方法获得死亡名单与死亡原因,调查人口数来源于当地公安部门提供的2003-2005年每年年末分性别、年龄别的户籍人口数1].死亡原因采用ICD-10编码2],编码在C15～C26的定义为消化道恶性肿瘤.
