| 摘 要： | 目的研究HIV感染的直接、间接影响因素,探索其对HIV感染影响程度。方法以口岸检出的HIV感染者和非HIV感染者各133例为研究对象,以年龄、性别、国籍、文化程度、职业、劳务史、输血史、吸毒史、性伴侣数、是否有同性伴侣、不洁性生活史、是否为HIV感染者为显变量,以人口特征、社会因素、行为因素作为隐变量,构造结构方程模型。结果人口特征、社会因素和行为因素存在直接效应和间接效应影响,间接效应主要体现在不洁性生活史、性伴侣数和文化程度的作用。隐变量对HIV感染影响程度的排序依次为行为因素、人口特征和社会因素,同时三者之间两两有关联。结论显变量对隐变量有直接与间接效应的双重作用,隐变量之间又存在相互关联,共同影响着HIV感染。
