扬州市农村社区人群肥胖超重现况及影响因素

目的 ]　了解扬州市农村社区人群肥胖超重的流行特点及其影响因素。 方法 ]　采取整群抽样方法 ,对扬州市 3县 (市 ) 7个农村社区 30 0 78名对象进行流行病学调查。 结果 ]　 1 5～ 74岁居民体重指数 (BMI)均值为 2 2 .89;肥胖超重患病率为 2 9.95% ,标化率为 2 4.6 0 % ;肥胖超重的患病率与年龄呈正相关 ,患病率最高峰值在 45～ 54年龄段 ;不同职业中干部患病率最高 ,为 44.35% ;肥胖超重非条件Logistic多因素分析结果 ,肥胖家族史、生活满意度、年龄、高血压家族史、家庭收入等 1 4个因素为危险因素 ,体育锻炼是保护因子。 结论 ]　肥胖超重由多因素引起 ,应当采取综合预防和干预措施控制肥胖超重的发生。

A study on the prevalence of obesity and overweight and their influencing factors among community population in Yangzhou countryside

To find out the epidemiological characteristics and influencing factors of obesity and overweight among the community population in Yangzhou countryside. By applying the cluster sampling we investigated 30 078 objects in seven communities of three counties in Yangzhou area. The mean body mass index (BMI) of 15～74 year-old resident was 22.89. The prevalence of the obesity and overweight was 29.95%. The standardized rate was 24.60 %. The age and the prevalence rate of obesity and overweight had positive correlation. The peak value was at age of 45～54. The prevalence rate of the cadres was 44.35% which covered the majority of all the sufferers. By logistic regression method, we found that: physical exercise was a protective factor, on the contrary, the other 14 factors such as the family history of obesity, age, degree of satisfaction of life, family history of hypertension and family income were risk factors. Conclusion] Obesity and overweight caused by many factors. Measures of prevention and comprehensive intervention should be taken to control the increase of cases as mentioned above.
