糖尿病教育模式探讨

目的 ]　评价糖尿病 (DM )教育效果 ,探讨糖尿病教育模式。 方法 ]　对接受糖尿病教育的 178例糖尿病患者 (教育组 ) ,未接受教育的 12 9例糖尿病患者 (未教育组 ) ,采用问卷调查并进行回顾性队列研究 ,从知识、态度 ,行为、血糖控制 4方面评估糖尿病教育效果。 结果 ]　在糖尿病知识获得方面、对控制疾病的态度及部分行为改变方面 ,教育组得分明显高于未教育组 ,但饮食、生活方式、心理保健行为改变不明显。教育组与未教育组在空腹血糖、餐后 2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白的控制方面两组差别有高度统计学意义。 结论 ]　目前的教育摸式能提高DM病人自我管理水平 ,改变态度有助于血糖水平的控制。但对饮食、生活方式、心理保健方面的行为 ,还需要进行针对性的继续教育和强化教育。

Discussion on the model of diabetes education

Objective] To assess the effect and to discuss the model of diabetes education. Methods] 178 diabetic patients who attended diabetes education (Education Group) and 129 diabetic patients who did not attend (non- education group) were included. Retrospective cohort study was done by questionnaire covering knowledge, attitude, practice, and plasma glucose control, to evaluate the effect of diabetes education. Results] The education group had higher score in knowledge, attitude of diabetes and partial behavior changes than non-education group difference significaant, while changes in diet, life style and psychological adjustment were non apparent. There was significant difference in fast plasma glucose, 2 hours post-meal plasma glucose and HbA1C between the two groups. Conclusions] The current model of education program was effective in self-management and change attitude in diabetic patients, and was helpful for plasma glucose control. Problem-oriented continuous education and intensive education should be used to improve the behaviors of diet , life style and psychological adjustment.
