烹调油烟亚慢性染毒致大鼠肺组织病理改变的研究

:目的 ]　观察大鼠吸入烹调油烟 (cookingoilfume ,COF)后肺组织的病理改变 ,研究COF的亚慢性毒性。方法 ]　用Wistar大鼠作为实验动物 ,实验组分别吸入不同浓度的COF ,每天 30分钟 ,共 6 0天 ;对照组吸人加热的空气 ,用HE染色法观察病理改变。 结果 ]　COF组病变主要为鳞状上皮化生、重度不典型增生及腺瘤样增生等 ,1例样本高度怀疑癌变。病变呈现一定的剂量—反应关系。 结论 ]　COF能诱导大鼠肺组织产生癌前病变 ,且呈剂量—反应关系

A study on the pathological change of lung tissues of rate exposed to subchronic toxicity of cooking oil fume

Objective] To study the subchronic toxicity of cooking oil fume(COF) and observe the pathological changes of lung tissues of rats exposed to COF. Method] Wistar rats were used to make the subchronic toxicity model. Test groups had been exposed to COF of three different concentrations for 60 days, 30 min per day. Control group had inhaled heated air for 60 days, 30 min per day. HE stainning was used to study the pathological changes. Results] The main pathological changes of COF test groups were squamous epithelial metaplasia, atypical hyperplasia Ⅲ and adenomatoid hyperplasia. One sample was highly suspected to be carcinogenesis, the pathological changes present a dose-responce effect. Conclusion] Precancerous pathological changes may by induced by COF, which present a dose-response relation.
