碱性离子水治疗高凝疾患的初步观察

摘    要:目的观察碱性离子水治疗高凝疾患前后血小板聚集试验(PAgT)、凝血因子Ⅷ活性(Ⅷ:C)、血管性假血友病因子抗原(vWF:Ag)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、全血粘度(nb)及血浆粘度(np)的变化。方法治疗前、后测定PAgT、Ⅷ:C、vWF:Ag、Fg、nb及np。结果治疗后PAGT(3/4)、Ⅷ:C(4/4)、vWF:Ag(3/3)恢复正常,nb及np恢复正常(2/4)或明显下降(2/4),1例作微循环检测,治疗后明显进步。结论碱性离子水有解聚血小板和红细胞聚集并改善微循环的作用,从而明显改善血液循环,有利于心、脑血管血栓性疾病的防治。

Abstract:Objective To reveal the changes of (PAgT),(8:C),(vWF:Ag),(Fg),(nb) and NP in six hypercoagulable diseases pre - and after alkaline ionic water(AIW) therapy. Methods PAgT,8:C,vWF:Ag,Fg,nb and np were assaied Pre - and after therapy with AIW. Results The levels of PAgT(3/4),8:C(4/4),vWF:Ag(3/3) returned to normal ranges after AIW therapy.and the levels of NB and NP also returned to normal ranges (2/4)and were significantly improved (2/4)after therapy with AIW.The microcirculation was much improved in one case assaied. Conclusions The blood circulation may be improved significantly and it might be beneficial to prevent and cure cardio and cerebral rascular thromboembolic diseases by way of deaggregation the platelet and red blood cells aggregation and by way of improving microcirculation after the AIW therapy.
