| Abstract: | Leadership and its senior executives are key to a fast and efficient development of hospitals.To strengthen the leadership in term of its ideological development,style of work and organizational construction,to develop a harmonious,vigorous and promising hospital leadership,to promote the hospital development in harmony,and to upgrade the competence of the leadership,have grown to be an essential demand for building a powerful leadership and scientific development a hospitals.Furthermore,these tasks have become a strategic mission for hospital development for the present and future. |
