| 摘 要： | 我们应用“标准量化积分法”，对护理工作实际管理，提高了护理质量与效率，首先制定了各面量化标准及考评细则；二是制定考核及评价的方法，通过应用该方法。我院提高了管理水平；强化了护理人员的质量意识，增强了护理人员的竞争竞争；调了积极性；加强了护理的教学、科研管理等，使护理工作更加科学、有效。
