上海市10所医院376名青年医生价值取向的调查分析

目的准确把握青年医生思想教育工作面临的新形势，开拓新格局。方法随机选取上海市5所高校的各2所附属医院共376名青年医生作为调查对象，了解其对待工作与生活的态度、对待事业与成功的态度及职业道德方面的态度和情况等。结果目前青年医生的价值观、事业观及生活观念、工作态度的主流仍呈健康向上的趋势，自主、竞争、公平、效率、利益、正义等时代意识很强烈。结论要进一步强化青年医生的思想与职业道德教育，寻找有效的载体，促进青年医生从思想、道德到认知、行为获得渐进式全面的提高和发展。

Investigation on value orientation of 376 young doctors from 10 hospitals in Shanghai

Objective To accurately grasp the new situation and to develop new patterns of ideological education work in young doctors. Methods A total of 376 young doctors from each of two affiliated hospitals of five universities in Shanghai were randomly selected as subjects. Their attitudes towards work and life, career and success, as well as professional ethics were investigated. Results Currently, the mainstream of values, enterprise ideas, life ideas, and work attitudes of young doctors presents a healthy and upward trend. These young doctors have strong consciousness of the times including independence, competition, fairness, efficiency, advantage, justice, etc. Conclusion The ideological education and professional ethics education of young doctors should be further strengthened. Effective vehicle should be found to promote the gradual and comprehensive improvement of young doctors on aspects of thought, moral, cognition, and behavior.
