| Abstract: | With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the change in management ideas, more and more attention will be attached to the job satisfaction of doctors. The paper expounds the concept of job satisfaction, the theories related to job satisfaction, the status of research on the job satisfaction of clinical doctors both at home and abroad, and the tools for measuring job satisfaction. It also analyzes the significance of research on the job satisfaction of chnical doctors. |
