| 摘 要： | 分析了医疗机构在医疗纠纷解决机制作用消极的现状,作为医疗纠纷主体的医疗机构,近年来呈现出在医疗纠纷解决机制中作用弱化的趋势,大量医疗纠纷向社会转移导致社会负担增加.这一状况无论在政治、经济、人文观念或矛盾自身特性的角度都不符合和谐社会的基本要求,因此有必要重新审视和改进,在医疗纠纷调解中更加强调医疗机构的作用发挥和责任承担.

| Abstract: | An analysis of the present inability of medical institutions in resolving medical disputes.Medical institutions, as an open target for such disputes, have displayed a weakened function in the mechanism of medical disputes resolution, diverting countless such disputes to add to social contradictions. This is in no way in line with the basic requirements of building a harmonious society,and thus in need of review and reform. In our view, it is important to highlight and emphasize the role and responsibility of medical institutions in resolving medical disputes. |
