摘    要:现代医院每时每刻都面临着各种危机。危机具有突发性、不确定性和时间的紧迫性等特性。在危机管理中要制定危机计划,找出可能发生危机的薄弱环节。危机不仅意味着威胁、危险,更意味着机遇。医院在危机管理过程中应采取快速反应,积极应对;重视与公众和新闻媒体合作;及时对决策做出必要的调整和修正;同社会公众进行沟通;诚实;强化管理,提高医院的服务质量和信誉等对策,就可变危机为机遇,使医院在激烈的医疗市场竞争中发展壮大。

Abstract:Modern hospitals are confronted with various crises at any moment, crises characterized by unexpectedness, uncertainty, and urgency. In crisis management, it is necessary to formulate crisis plans and identify the weak links that may lead to crises. Crises, however, mean not just threat and danger but moreover opportunities. In crisis management, hospitals ought to be quick and active in response, pay attention to cooperation with the public and the news media, make timely and necessary adjustments to their decisions, communicate with the people, be honest, improve the quality of services, and enhance credibility. By taking these measures, hospitals can turn crises into opportunities and keep growing in the fierce competitions of the medical market.
