关于职业医院管理者的探讨

摘    要:讨论了职业医院管理者的概念和意义,指出职业医院管理者应掌握捏“管理科学”和“医学”两大类理论知识体系,拥有熟练的管理操作技能,具有管理者的综合素养,以及对管理职业的执著热情。当前,对于职业医院管理者的培养,可采取学校培养管理专业学生和在职管理人员学习管理科学知识的应急方法。对职业医院管理者的选拔应该遵循“科学、公平、公正、公开”的原则,在考核中重视“心理测验”和“实际案例操作”等方法的使用。对职业医院管理者的使用和监管可以实施签订聘用协议、实行风险抵押、实施年薪制等措施。

Abstract:The paper discusses the concept and meaning of the professional hospital manager. It points out that a professional hospital manager should possess two broad categories of knowledge, viz. management science and medical science, be proficient in management skills, have all the necessary qualities of a manager, and display an inflexible passion for the profession of management. At present, some crash measures can be taken in the cultivation of professional hospital managers, including the training of students majoring in management at higher institutions of learning and the training of on the job managers in the knowledge of management science. The principle of being scientific, fair, and open should be followed in the selection of professional hospital managers while in assessing professional hospital managers, emphasis should be laid on such measures as psychological testing and the handling of practical cases. Steps such as the signing of appointment contracts, the adoption of risk mortgages and the implementation of the system of annual salaries could be taken in the use and supervision of professional hospital managers.
