| 摘 要： | 为在新形势下保持竞争优势，提高医院门诊数质量，回顾统计１９９８－１９９９年门诊量全院年平均增长率为１０．７。通过病人就诊因素问卷调查分析认为：（１０医院外部环境的改善，促进了市场需求扩大；（２）医院内部设施的完善，提高了病人就诊时的舒适咸信任度；（３）医疗服务的改善，增加了病人就诊的满意度；（４）重点专科的发展，提高了医院的知名度；（５）良好的医患，成功吸引门依病人的重要因素。
