| 摘 要： | 通过从看病难看病贵的内涵入手,分析了解决不同情况的看病难看病贵的途径及其特点。利用国内外有关研究和建立医疗保障制度情况,指出了建立医疗保障制度、共济医疗费用负担风险是解决当前看病难看病贵问题的重要途径,并进一步提出了建立健全我国医疗保障制度的建议。

| Abstract: | In light of the connotations of inadequate and overly expensive medical services,the paper analyzes solutions to the issue and their features under different circumstances.Then based on data about studies and establishment of medical security systems at home and abroad,it concludes that the establishment of a medical security system,with joint sharing of risks in bearing the burden of medical expenses,is the fundamental solution to the issue.It also puts forward suggestions for perfecting the medical security system in China. |
