无锡市医药卫生体制改革方案解读

2009年4月,中共中央、国务院发布<关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见>和<医药卫生体制改革近期重点实施方案(2009年～2011年)>,全面启动了全国深化医药卫生体制改革工作.2009年7月24日,江苏省委、省政府印发<关于深化医药卫生体制改革的实施意见>,对全省医药卫生体制改革进行部署.在此基础上,无锡市委、市政府于2009年12月9日出台了<中共无锡市委无锡市人民政府关于深化医药卫生体制改革的实施意见>,全面启动新一轮医改工作.本文重点就无锡市新一轮医改的总体思路、目标任务、改革重点、实施步骤和保障措施等做了全面解读.

Overall view of the medical and healthcare system reform in Wuxi City
