| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成与血管危险因素的相关性。方法选择在我院行颈动脉超声检查的老年患者共305例,根据超声检查结果分为斑块组(212例)和对照组(93例)。每例患者均记录有无高血压、糖尿病史,测量空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及尿酸等,进行统计学分析。结果单因素分析显示,两组间高血压病史(62.26vs37.63)、糖尿病病史(52.83vs39.78)、血尿酸(329.958±118.682)μmol/Lvs(265.270±137.118)μmol/L]、收缩压(142.028±17.390)mmHgvs(135.467±15.823)mmHg]、脉压(63.514±12.993)mmHgvs(58.511±11.217)mmHg)]、年龄(71.854±6.037)岁vs(68.967±5.767)岁]差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、高血压及血尿酸与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成相关(P<0.05)。结论年龄、高血压及高血尿酸水平可能是颈动脉硬化斑块形成的独立危险因素。
