创伤性颅脑损伤患者早期综合康复干预时间与疗效研究

目的探讨创伤性颅脑损伤（TBI）后早期综合康复干预时间对疗效的影响。方法选择中、重型颅脑损伤患者60例,根据受伤时间随机分为两组（各30例）：康复1组,TBI3~14d康复干预;康复2组,TBI15～30d康复干预。采用综合康复治疗,并以相关量表进行阶段性疗效评价。结果两组康复治疗第1、2、3个月分别与康复前比较,相关评价指标均有明显改善（P〈0.01）,其中治疗第1个月变化速率最快（P〈0.01）;组间比较,康复1组较康复2组的改善更明显（P〈0.05）。结论综合康复治疗有利于TBI患者生活质量的提高,而TBI3~14d康复干预较15～30d康复干预疗效更佳。

Effect of Timing of the Early Rehabilitation on TBI

Objective To investigate the effect of timing of early rehabilitation on traumatic brain injury （TBI）. Methods Sixty eases with medium to severe degree of TBI were selected. They were devided into two teams,team 1 （30 eases）early rehabilitationstarted within 15 days after injury;team 2 （30 cases）early rehabilitation started 15 days after injury. Under the treatment of comprehensive rehabilitation, evaluations were made periodically with related tabulation. Results Comparing with the beginning status of TBI patients in two teams,all key indicators improved significantly （P 〈O.01）after one month/2 months/3 months, improvement after 1 month treatment was most dominant （P〈0.01）. Comparing two teams,team 1 improved more significantly than team 2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation is beneficial for the improvement of living quality of TBI patients and the effectiveness of early treatment within 15 days after TBI is better than that treatment 15 days later after TBI.
