离子泵电源的设计

摘    要:目的:研制一种高品质的为离子泵供电的高压供电装置,以延长离子泵的寿命。方法:采用芯片U3842的一款闭环控制的逆变电路,设计逆变的频率为50kHz,通过整流、倍压达到7.5kV的直流高压作用于离子泵。结果:通过OrCADPSpice软件对电路仿真分析,得到了理想的直流高压脉冲。结论:该方法能够满足离子泵供电的要求。

Abstract:Objective To develop a high-quality high-voltage power supply device for the ion pump power supply so as to extend the service life of ion pumps. Methods Using a closed-loop controlled inverter circuit of U3842 Chip, a designed inverter frequency of 50 kHz was acquired, and after multiplying rectifier the acquired 7.5 kV DC high-voltage acted on the ion pump. Results Ideal DC high voltage pulse was acquired through circuit simulation analysis by the OrCAD Pspice software. Conclusion The design can meet the requirements of supplying power for ion-pump.
