| 摘 要： | 目的：对医疗救护艇及其卫生装备进行局部优化改进，以提高海上医疗救护保障效能。方法：分析现有医疗救护艇及其卫生装备存在的不足，对药库所处机舱位置、箱体结构及艇体局部进行了优化设计及改进。结果：模拟结果显示，对救护艇局部和药箱结构的优化改进可有效提高海上医疗卫生装备的输送效率。结论：对现役救护艇局部及某型药箱结构的优化改进，可有效提高军队海上医疗救护效能，具有较高的实用性和可行性。

| Abstract: | Objective To realize local optimization of medical ambulance boat and its medical equipment so as to enhance the naval medical support efficiency. Methods The deficiencies of the existing medical ambulance boat and medical equipment were analyzed, and optimum design and improvement were implemented for the part holding drug stockroom, medical box structure and boat body. Results Simulation proved that the optimization improved the delivery efficiency of sea medical equipment. Conclusion Optimization of the active medical ambulance boat and some medical box structure enhances the efficiency of naval medical rescue.
