基于MAX1415的温度采集系统设计

摘    要:目的:研制一套数字化温度采样系统。方法:以铂电阻Pt100为温度传感器,与A/D转换芯片MAX1415构成前向通道,配合MCS51单片机工作,组成一种非电桥式温度测量系统。结果:该温度采集方案已在与解放军总医院心内科合作项目中得到应用,经实际测试,加热范围为室温~300℃,控温精度实测达到±0.05℃,达到设计要求。结论:该系统工作稳定,软硬件设计制作简便,适用于多种温度测量场合,有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To develop a digital temperature sampling system.Methods This system was one of non-electrical bridge device made up of platinum resistance Pt100 and A/D converter MAX1415.Results By the means of practical testing,the system ran well and was applied in the cooperation project in Department of Cardiology of General Hospital of PLA.Heating range was from room temperature to 300℃ and temperature control accuracy was ±0.05 ℃ for design requirement.Conclusion With the characteristics,of stable operation and the convenient design of software and hardware,the application of instrument has a bright future in the market.
