基于“军卫一号”的离线式新型农村合作医疗综合业务系统的设计与实现

目的:新型农村合作医疗开展即时结报后,针对军队医院“军卫一号”不能接入互联网的情况,设计既安全又快速的离线式新型农村合作医疗综合业务系统.方法:以PowerBuilder 9.0为基本开发工具编写药品、诊疗项目对照程序,完成医院“军卫一号”工程药品、诊疗项目与省新农合药品、诊疗项目的对照,并开发出新型农村合作医疗导出程序,将“军卫一号”工程中的新农合患者信息导入离线式新型农村合作综合业务系统进行结算.结果:设计并开发了适用于“军卫一号”数据库的离线式新型农村合作综合业务系统.结论:系统界面友好、操作简单、实用性、安全性强.

Design and Realization of Offline Comprehensive Operation System for New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme

Objective To design an offline comprehensive operation system for New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme in order to solve the problems resulting from military hospital in No.1 Military Medical Project inaccessible to Internet.Methods PowerBuilder 9.0 was used to develop the control program of the medicines and diagnosis treatment items for the interoperability of No.1 Military Medical Project and Provincial New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme.Data export program was produced to introduce the information of related patients in No.1 Military Medical Project into the offline comprehensive operation system for New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme.Results The offline comprehensive operation system for New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme was designed and realized to meet the requirements of No.1 Military Medical Project.Conclusion The system is gifted with a friendly interface,easy operation,high practicability and safety.
