| 摘 要： | 目的:构建内镜图文工作站并探索其在手术示教中的应用.方法:构建内镜图文工作站服务器环境,依靠局域网连入所有内镜设备,并为每台内镜图文工作站配置数字化多媒体采集传输设备和外景摄像头.结果:医院实现了内镜图像采集、视频录制、报告书写以及手术示教等功能.结论:内镜图文工作站补充扩展了医院PACS的功能,实现了手术示教,避免了另外上线手术示教系统的投入.

| Abstract: | Objective To construct an endoscopy photograph workstation and explore its application to remote surgery demonstration.Methods The endoscopy an photograph workstation used the intranet to connect all endoscopy devices,and digital multi-media acquisition transmission device and exterior camera were provided.Results The functions such as endoscopy image acquisition,video recording,report preparation and surgery demonstration were realized in the hospital.Conclusion The endoscopy photography workstation extends the function of hospital PACS and realizes surgery demonstration. |
