人工神经网络在功能性食管病临床研究中的应用

摘    要:本文将一典型的人工神经网络模型─反向传播模型应用到功能性食管病诊断分类中,对过去存档的132例患者数据和住院及门诊的38例患者进行实际分类测试,其分类准确率平均达到98%,其中,对高张力型、低张力型、高动度型、低动度型功能性食管病的诊断分类正确率达到99.3%,部分病例并经手术及其它检测方法所证实。

Abstract:This paper applied a typical artificial neural network model, that is backpropagation model, to the diagnosis and classifying of functional disease of the esophagus. Data of 132 cases kept in the archives and 38 case of inpatients and outpatients have been classified practically an d the accuracy rate is up to 100% on average. Among them,the accuracy diagnosing rate of high tension type, low tension type, high degree of move type and low degree of move type functional disease of the esophagus reaches 99.3%. In addition, the rate of part case has been confirmed by surgical process and other laborotory methods.
