| 摘 要： | 如何实现医院物资管理工作在规范法、程序化、科学化基础上的不断创新,是公立医院管理者面临的重要课题.通过介绍公立医院物资管理工作的实例,解读了公立医院物资管理创新技术,指出了通过观念创新、环节创新、手段创新,引起公立医院物资管理工作人员的重视,在坚持医院公益性质的前提下,对提高医院在市场经济大环境中的竞争力、实现医院管理现代化的重要意义.
