摘    要:目的:为了提高机动医院救治能力,构建了基于方舱的机动医院信息化系统。方法:采用工业服务器与医疗舱室客户端建立起医疗信息网络系统,采用卫星通信方式实现远程医疗;分析硬件拓扑结构和软件需求,给出提高系统安全性和可靠性的措施。结果:远程会诊传输速度为768Kb/s,动态图像传输速度25帧/秒,医疗信息实现网络传输共享。结论:采用模块化设计思想设计医院信息管理系统,提高了医院信息化水平。

Abstract:Objective To research a set of information system to improve the ability of rescue on mobile hospital. Methods The industry server and shelter client were used for establishing the network system of medical information, which used telemedicine in satellite communication, analyzed hardware topology and software demand. The measures of increasing safety and reliability were provided. Results The medical information was transmitted by network to share; the transmitting speed of remote diagnosis was 768Kb/s and dynamic image in 25 frame per second. Conclusion The level of the hospital informationization was improved for designing the IMS in modular thought.
