无创呼吸机治疗急性心力衰竭并呼吸衰竭患者

目的分析无创呼吸机治疗急性心力衰竭并呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效;方法以2017年2月—2019年8月医院收治的76急性心力衰竭并呼吸衰竭患者为治疗观察对象,根据患者入院先后顺序将患者分别纳入参照组和治疗组,每组均为38例,给予参照组患者常规对症治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上增加无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率、相关血气指标以及患者对治疗方式的满意程度。结果(1)治疗组的治疗总有效率(97.37%)高于参照组(76.32%),统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)两组血气指标比较,治疗前差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后,相比于参照组,治疗组更优(P<0.05)。(3)两组总满意率比较,治疗组(94.74%)高于参照组(71.05%)(P<0.05)。结论对急性心力衰竭并呼吸衰竭患者实施常规对症治疗后,在此基础上使用无创呼吸机疗法,可提高对患者的治疗效果,改善其血气状况,利于增强患者对治疗方式的认可程度。

Noninvasive Ventilator in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure Complicated With Respiratory Failure

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of acute heart failure complicated with respiratory failure.Methods From February 2017 to August 2019,76 patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure were treated in the hospital.According to the order of admission,the patients were included in the reference group and the treatment group,38 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given routine symptomatic treatment,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with noninvasive ventilator on the basis of routine treatment,compared two groups of treatment effectiveness,related blood gas index and for treatment of patients with satisfaction.Results(1)the total effective rate of the treatment group(97.37%)was higher than that of the control group(76.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)there was no significant difference in blood gas indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)the total satisfaction rate of the two groups was higher in the treatment group(94.74%)than in the control group(71.05%)(P<0.05).Conclusion After routine symptomatic treatment of patients with acute heart failure and respiratory failure,noninvasive ventilator therapy can improve the therapeutic effect,their blood gas status and enhance the patients'blood gas status,and help to enhance the patients'recognition of the treatment.
