摘    要:目的了解慢性正己烷中毒是否对肝脏有损害.方法对33例慢性正己烷中毒病例、60例接触正己烷的员工和无毒物接触史的30名工人进行肝功能及肝脏B超检查.结果①中毒组出现食欲不振占78.8%、恶心占30.3%,而接触组食欲不振占16.7%,无恶心主诉;②正己烷中毒组人员球蛋白(GP)异常高,与接触组及对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);③接触正己烷的员工以及中毒病人肝脏B超回声稍粗差异有显著性(P<0.01),接触时间越长,肝脏B超回声增粗的比例越大.结论正己烷接触者肝功能部分指标异常率高,肝脏B超显示肝脏的纤维化率较高,提示接触正己烷有肝脏损害的可能.

Abstract:Objective To explore chronic liver damage induced by n-hexane. Methods Liver functions and liver B ultrasonic examination were carried out in 33 chronic n-hexane poisoning patients, 60 n-hexane exposed workers and 30 control workers. Results Clinical manifestation showed that 78.8% and 30.3% of the patients were observed inappetence and nausea respectively in the poisoning group, while only 16.7% exposed workers were seen inappetence. Qobin in the poisoning group remarkably increased, demonstrating significant differences with both the exposed group and the controlled ( P < 0.05). Liver B ultrasonic examination revealed that echoes were thicken in the poisoning and exposed workers ( P < 0.01). The abnormal rates related to the exposure duration. Conclusion It is concluded that some abnormal indexes including the rate of liver fibrosis in n-hexane exposed workers increased, suggesting that n-hexane may cause liver damage.
