肺结核患者住院费用调查研究

目的通过分析肺结核患者的住院费用,为临床合理诊治,控制病人费用负担,提高医疗效益提供决策依据。方法分析2004年间因肺结核住院患者的各项费用构成。结果内科患者人均费用6927.5元,外科19761.0元,耐多药者12943.9元;药费中抗生素、免疫调节剂、保肝药占比例较大。结论及时发现、早期治疗结核病,以及加强医院医疗质量管理,严格控制医疗费用的增长,才能切实减轻结核病人的医药费用负担。

An investigation of hospitalization expense in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective By analysing the situation of hospitalization expense in pulmonary tuberculosis, providing a decision-making to make a diagnose and give treatment in reason, and controlling the burden of patient, improving medical treatment benefit. Methods The structure of hospitalization expense in patients during 2004 was retrospectively analyzed. Results The hospitalization expense in medicine,surgery and endure much drug was 6927.3,19761.0,12943.9 Yuan separately. The expense in antibiotics, immunity regulators, the drugs that protect liver occupied much more proportion in remedy expense. Conclusion Only by in-time discovery, early therapy, strengthening medical treatment quality, and to control the increasing hospitalization expense strictly, can we lighten the burden of patients.
