| 摘 要： | 目的 根据区域卫生规划要求,测算出楚雄州医疗卫生人力资源的配置标准.方法采用标志值回归法、人口比值法、卫生服务需求法与专家咨询法4种方法分别测算出医疗医师的配置标准,再将4种方法给予不同的权重后计算出一个综合标准.结果将上述4种方法测算结果分别给予20%、20%、30%和30%的权重后得到综合配置标准为1.49～1.65人/千人口.结论本文制定的医疗医师配置标准具有科学性并符合楚雄州实际. |

| Abstract: | Objective According to the requirement of regional health planning, to establish the allocation standards for medical doctors in Chuxiong Prefecture. Methods Four methods including ＇derived index＇ regression, population ratio method, health demand and Delphi method, were adopted respectively to estimate allocation standards of Medical doctors. And the final result was based on the weighted results of four methods. Results The final result showed that the allocation standards of medi- cal doctors were from 1.49 per to 1.65 per 1000 people. Conclusion The allocation standards for medical doctors are scientific and suitable for the situations of Chuxiong Prefecture. |
