| 摘 要： | 目的：确立一种在无专家及时间紧迫的情况下能直接利用原始资料确定评价指标体系权重，进行医院综合效益评价的方法。方法：运用叠代法对某医院的综合效益进行评价，将评价结果与医院综合指数不及TOPSIS法两种方法的评价结果进行比较。结果：三种方法在评价综合效益上是等效的。结论：叠代法是一种新的医院综合效益评价方法，它的评价结果与其它两种方法的结果是一致的，它们在评价综合效益过程中各有优缺点。

| Abstract: | Objective To form a new evaluation method in analyzing the comprehensive benefit of hospital with limited time and no experts. Methods Using replacement analysis, comprehensive index analysis and TOPSIS analysis, we can analyze the comprehensive benefit of hospital. Then compare the results of three methods. Results The results of three methods are the same. Conclusion According to the results, we can draw a conclusion that the replacement analysis is a new method, whose analyzing result is the same of the others. And we can know the advantages and disadvantages of three methods. |
