| 摘 要： | 目的了解1974-2003年我院住院患者的疾病构成及其变化趋势,为临床防治工作开展提供科学依据.方法整理分析我院1974-2003年住院患者的病案资料.结果妊娠分娩及产褥期并发症、损伤和中毒、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病和消化系统疾病等为本院住院患者的主要病种.结论加强对这些常见病、多发病的防治工作,以提高广大居民的健康水平和生命质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the disease composition and tendency of in-patients from 1974 to 2003, and to pro vide scientific data for clinical prevention and treatment.Metho ds All medical records of in-patients were collected and analyzed. Results The major diseases for in-patients were as follows: fetation partus and puerperium complication, damage and toxication, tumor, respiratory and digestive system etc. Conclusion Prevention and treatment on the common diseases should be reinforced to improve inhabitant health level and quality of life. |
