| 摘 要： | 目的了解福州市社区卫生服务中心工作绩效情况。方法用统一评估标准进行考核,对资料应用TOP-SIS法与RSR法进行评价分析。结果福州市社区卫生服务中心的整体水平较好,但优劣中心的差距较大。结论应用TOPSIS法与RSR法相结合能够较准确地评价社区卫生服务中心的工作绩效。卫生行政部门还需加强中心的管理与指导,以促进整体水平的进一步提高,缩小差距。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the performance of the community health service(CHS) centers in Fuzhou.Methods The data which came from the standard evaluation was analyzed with TOPSIS and RSR.Results The overall performance of CHS centers in Fuzhou was satisfied,however there was significant difference between the best and the worst.Conclusion TOPSIS and RSR method could be applied to evaluate the performance of the CHS centers correctly.Administration and advice on the CHS centers should be strengthen to further improve the overall performance of the CHS. |
