用TOPSIS法综合评价医院工作质量

本文利用系统工程中有限方案多目标冼策分析中的一种冼策技术——TOPSIS法，对佛山市六所医院进行了多个指标的综合评价．并试将权数引进该法。这样不仅体现了各指标的全距不同所起的作用不同，还体现了各指标性质不同所起的作用也不同。因而具有定量、定性、直观、准确等优点，认为TOPSIS法用于医院多指标的综合评价具有较大价值．值得推广应用。

A Comprehensive Evaluation of Work Quality of Hospital with the Topsis Method

Topsis, a technique usually used in the systems engineering, was applied to comprehensivelyevaluating, at several indices, the work quality of six hospitals in Foshan. The weight was also introduced into this method. It functions to show that different ranges of the indices play differentroles, so do different qualities of the indices. Having the advantages of quantification, qualification , directness and accuracy t the Topsis is considered as an effective method to comprehensivelyevaluate the diversified indices of hospital, and therefore worthy of being popularized.
