| 摘 要： | 目的探讨社区健康教育对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制及并发症的作用。方法对社区96例2型糖尿病患者实施健康教育、合理用药、营养干预、运动锻炼、心理干预等综合措施。结果实施健康教育后病人的卫生知识比以前更加丰富,合作态度更好,生活行为得到改善;病人的血糖、体重、血脂、糖化血清蛋白等指标也较健康教育前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施社区健康教育能使病人的血糖得到有效的控制,是保证病人生活质量,预防并发症的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of community health education on control and complication of type 2 diabetic.Methods 96 patients of type 2 diabetic were given health education,using medicine rationally,nutrition intervening,sport tempering,psychology intervening.Results After health education the patients were with more rich hygiene knowledge,more cooperative with doctor.Their living behavior has improved.Blood sugar,weight,fat of blood,and saccharification serum albumen of them decreased obviously compared to that before health education(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out health education for type 2 diabetic is an effective measure to control bood sugar,enhance their life quality,and to prevent secondary diseases of diabetes for them |
