| 摘 要： | 目的观察使用股骨近端抗旋转髓内钉(PFNA)对骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折进行内固定的疗效。方法2010年10月—2011年6月我院对确诊骨质疏松症的52例股骨粗隆间骨折患者使用PFNA进行治疗,术后用抗骨质疏松治疗。结果 52例均获得随访,时间6～14个月,平均10.3个月,骨折均骨性愈合,平均末次随访髋关节Harris评分90.2分。结论使用PFNA治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆间骨折能获得良好的固定,患者术后能早期进行肢体活动,尽快恢复功能,减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail antirotation（PFNA） in treating osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture.Methods From October 2010 to June 2011,52 patients in our hospital who had been diagnosed with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture were treated by PFNA and anti-osteoporotic medication afterwards.Results All 52 patients were followed up for 6-14 months with an average of 10.3 months and achieved bone union.The average Harris score of the last follow-up was 90.2.Conclusions PFNA can fix osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture effectively.After surgery,patients could move their injured limbs earlier to restore their function as soon as possible and to reduce the occurrence of complications. |
