高校高级职称教师领悟社会支持及其相关因素研究

摘    要:目的]探讨高校高级职称教师领悟社会支持及其相关影响因素。方法]采用随机整群抽取方法,利用领悟社会支持量表调查了福建省15所高校2 454名具有高级职称的教师。结果]19.9%的高级职称教师社会支持出现异常;影响高级职称教师社会支持的主要因素是年龄、性别、是否具有行政兼职和社会兼职、不同健康状况,而专业、学历对教师社会支持没有影响。结论]拥有的社会资源越多,社会支持越多;社会支持越多,健康状况越好。

Abstract:Objective] To describe perceived social support and related influence factors among teachers with high-grade professional titles in colleges.Methods] Totally 2 454 teachers with high-grade professional titles from 15 colleges were measured with perceived social support scale by using randomized clustering survey.Results] 19.9% teachers with highgrade profession titles showed abnormal social support.The main influence factors on perceived social supports were age,gender,administrative post,part-time community and health status,while no influence on the perceived social supports were professional title and educational background.Conclusion] The more social resources they have,the more perceived social support they obtain,and the more perceived social support they obtain,the better health status they keep.
