闽北青少年网络行为、成瘾现况及影响因素的调查

目的]了解闽北青少年网络行为与成瘾现况,探讨影响因素,为培养正确的网络行为、指导戒除网瘾提供依据。方法]采取分层整群抽样,应用“中国青少年健康相关行为问卷”,对闽北城区在校大、中学生3 845人进行调查。结果]总上网率为88.3%（3 397/3 845）;在调查前1周内从不上网的学生报告率为26.6%,学生平均每天上网时间1 h以下的占43.2%,4 h以上的占8.9%;上网主要目的是多媒体娱乐（45.4%）、查阅资料（35.9%）;上网地点主要在家里（31.9%）和学校（28.0%）。网络成瘾率为7.4%,网络成瘾的危险因素为性别、心理孤独、网络游戏和上网时间,保护因素为与父亲居住和体育锻炼。结论]闽北青少年网络使用与成瘾逐步成为影响健康成长的社会问题,家庭、学校和社会应共同关注,采取干预措施,引导正确利用互联网,促进健康成长。

Investigation of Prevalence and Influence Factors of Network Behavior,Inter-net Addiction D isorder of Adolescents in Northern Fujian

Objective] To investigate the prevalence and influence factors of network behavior and internet addiction disorder （IAD） of adolescents in northern Fujian for promoting proper network behavior. Methods] Using the stratified cluster sampling method, 3 845 students in college or high school in northern Fujian were investigated by China youth health-related behavior questionnaire. Results] Total online rate was 88.3% （3 397/3 845）. Never online rate was 26.6% within 1 week before the survey. The mean time online 〈 1 hour per day accounts for 43.2% ,≥4 hours 8.9 %. Main online purposes were multimedia entertainment （45.4 % ） and searching information （35.9 % ）. Main online sites were at home （31.9%） and schools （28.0%）. lAD reporting rate was 7.4% and the risk factors were gender, psychological isolation,online games and online time,and protective factors were living with father and physical exercise. Conclusion] Network behavior and lAD in adolescents of northern Fujian are becoming a social problem. Family, school and community should take intervention measures to guide proper online behavior for promoting healthy growth.
