痰抗酸菌涂片检查的质量控制分析

本文对５个质控点，进行痰抗酸菌涂片检查质量控制，涂片质量与染色质量总体合格率分别为８６．５％和８９．３％，质控各项指标逐次均有所提高，阳性符合性率由第１次的９３．２％上升为第３次的９４．２％；阴性一符合率第１次９３．３％，第３次上升９７．２％基本达到和接近质控要求。资料分析表明，涂片镜下痰细胞数合格与否，是判断痰标本质量好坏的重要指标，认真做好痰检质控，痰检不明显提高。

Analysis of Quality-Control in Examination of Tubercula Bacillus from Sputum Direct Smear

Analysis of quality-control was carried out among five laborataries for examination of tubercula bacillus from sputum smear.The average rates of qualified smear slide and staining were 86.5% and 89.3%respectively.From first to third time of test,the positive agreement rates were form 93.2% to 94.2%respectively;the negative one from 93.3% to 97.2%. respectively. The results were up to the quality-control requirements basically. The data showed that the optimal cells number on smear slide under microscope was an important index of qualified specimen. So the serious quality-control could improve the quality of sputum test significantly.
