城市社区卫生服务站与大医院就诊过程的比较

目的：了解病人在就诊过程中的经历，探索在城市开展社区医疗卫生服务的优势。方法：分别在综合性大医院和社区卫生服务站随机抽取就诊病人166名和215名作为研究对象，对其就诊过程进行调查分析，结果：研究表明，在交通用，医疗费用，就诊时间，人员陪同等方面，社区卫生服务站较大医院病人就诊更方便，更费更节省，结论：在城市开展社区卫生服务可使病人在就诊过程中省时，省钱，省心。

The Comparison of the Course of Seeing a Doctor in the Community Health Service Station and the Comprehensive Hospital in City

Objective] To know the experience of the patient seeing a doctor, and explore the superiority of community health services in city. Methods] 166 patients in the comprehensive hospital and 215 patients in the community health service station were investigated and the course of seeing a doctor was analyzed. Results] The traffic and medical expenses, the time of diagnosis and patient companion were distinguish remarkably between the station and the hospital. The patients were more satisfied and constant to go to the station than to the hospital. Conclusion] The patients may save much time and money, and may be more convenient in the community health service station in city.
