江苏农村地区食品安全知信行问卷调查

目的了解农村消费者对食品安全的认知、态度与行为现状,揭示农村食品安全现状及其深层次原因,探讨提高农村食品安全水平的对策与建议。方法开展2 697名居民问卷调查。结果调查地区消费者食品安全知识总体知晓率为26.30%;地区经济越发达,食品安全知识知晓率和食品安全关注率越高。结论消费者食品安全知识匮乏,维权意识差、成本高、难度大,农村食品安全形势严峻,需加大农村地区食品安全知识的宣传普及,充分发挥群众监督作用,充分保障农村地区食品安全。

Investigation on food safety KAP of rural customers in Jiangsu Province

Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice status about food safety among rural customers to reveal the situation and deep-seated reasons of rural food safety,the goal was to give suggestions to improve the rural food safety.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 697 rural customers for how to solve rural food safety issue.Results The total rate of the reply to food safety was 26.30% for all investigated consumers.The better the economical development was,the better understanding about food safety knowledge would be,and the higher concern to food safety they paid.Conclusions Customers were lack of food safety knowledge and with poor rights awareness,thus,difficult to defend their rights.The situation of rural food safety was still serious.It is strongly suggested to conduct educational activities regarding food safety and promote the initiative of people＇s supervision,so as to ensure food safety in rural area.
