暗娼的行为特征及沙眼衣原体的PCR检测分析

目的 了解暗娼的行为特征及沙眼衣原体的感染情况，为制定针对性的防治措施提供依据。方法 问卷调查并采集宫颈拭子，用PCR方法对其进行衣原体检测。结果 （1）最近1周平均商业性伴数为3．33名；最近1次和最近1个月每次使用安全套的分别占62．22％和31．20％；她们跟商业性伴和固定性伴在最近1次和最近1个月每次性接触时安全套使用率均有差异（均P〈O．O001）。（2）衣原体感染率为14．21％。结论 暗娼中存在感染HIV／AIDS的高危因素，沙眼衣原体的感染率较普通人群高。应加强宣传教育和行为干预工作。

Investigation on high risk behavior and chlamydia trachomatis infection in prostitutes

Objective To understand the behavior characteristics and the infection of Chlamydia trachomatis(Ct) in prostitutes in Hubei in order to intervene STD/AIDS.(Methods)A self-designed questionnaire and the detection of PCR from the cervical swabs were used.(Results)(1) The average number of sexual partners for each prostitute was 3.33 in the previous week;the condom use rate of the previous time and the previous month was 62.22% and 31.20% respectively;the condom use rate had statistical difference between the prostitutes and the regular partner at the previous time and the previous month(both were P<0.0001).(2) The positive rate of prostitutes was 14.21%.Conclusion The results showed that the prostitute had many high risk factors,the infection rate was higher than that in general population.Therefore,further health education and behavior intervention should be performed.
