| 摘 要： | 目的了解副溶血性弧菌在内陆地区污染状况,揭示其毒力基因分布特征,为科学有效地控制副溶血性弧菌引起的食品安全风险提供依据。方法采集荆州市市售水产品及其环境标本,进行副溶血性弧菌分离鉴定,对分离到的副溶血性弧菌进行tlh、trh、tdh、ureC和T3SS2(vsC2、vcrD2)等基因实验室检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果共采集360份样品,副溶血性弧菌检出率22.50%(81/360),其中海产品的检出率最高,为31.28%(56/179),淡水产品检出率16.42%(11/67),二者比较差异有统计学意义(0.01
