国科金资助预防医学学科产出SCI论文的文献计量学分析--基于2011-2014年科学引文索引数据

目的：了解国家自然科学基金( NSFC)资助产出SCI预防医学论文研究的文献情况,了解我国预防医学研究的发展现状、发展趋势、研究成果和存在的问题,为学术交流发展提供指导。方法以2011—2014年科学引文索引( SCI)的数据为依据,运动CiteSpace Ⅲ软件对NSFC资助产出预防医学论文的领域分布、机构分布、期刊分布和研究热点情况等方面进行文献计量学分析。结果研究领域分布显示,主要涉及Health care sciences ＆ Services、Microbiology、Electrochemistry、Instruments ＆Instrumentation和Medical laboratory technology等领域；机构分布显示,南京医科大学、华中科技大学、安徽医科大学、复旦大学和北京大学等高校有很强实力；期刊分布显示,Plos One,Journal Of Hazardous Materials,Nature Genetics和Clinical Microbiology Reviews等期刊是预防医学的重要知识载体。文献共被引和关键词分析显示,基因表达、患病风险、基因多态性、氧化应激及全基因组关联性等是预防医学研究热点。结论 NSFC资助产出SCI预防医学论文跨地区、机构的合作较少,出现较多孤立的节点,地方机构应积极向该领域研究较为突出的机构靠拢,努力搭建全国性或地区性的合作交流平台。

Bibliometric analysis of papers on SCI of preventive medicine supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China-Based on the Science Citation Index data for 2011-2014

Objective To understand the current situation, development trend, research results and existing problems of papers on SCI of preventive medicine supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China ( NSFC ) , to provide guidance for the development of academic communication. Methods Based on the data from the Science Citation Index (SCI) from 2011 to 2014, CiteSpace Ⅲ software was used to analyze the subject area distribution, institution distribution, periodical distribution and research hotspots and other aspects of NSFC-funded preventive medicine papers of bibliometric analysis. Results The results of the subject area analysis showed that health care sciences & services, microbiology, electrochemistry, instruments&instrumentation and medical laboratory technology were included. The results of the institution analysis showed that Nanjing Medical University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Anhui Medical University, Fudan University, Peking University, etc. were good at the research. The distribution of periodicals showed that Plos One, Toxicology Letters, Gene,etc. were important knowledge carriers of preventive medicine. The analysis of keywords and literature co-citation demonstrated that gene expression, risk of disease, genetic polymorphism, oxidative stress and genome-wide association were the hotspots of preventive medicine. Conclusion The literature was rarely found based on cross-regional or cross-institutional cooperation as shown by Citespace III with the isolated nodes. Regional institutions should be more active to cooperate with the advanced research institutions to build a national or regional cooperation and exchange platform.
