上海市虹口区中老年居民自我保健意识状况的调查

目的　了解上海市社区居民自我保健意识状况。　方法　采取随机抽样方法对凉城社区 113 0名中老年居民进行问卷调查。　结果　 83 .8%的居民具有自我保健意识 ,性别和文化程度对其有影响 ( P<0 .0 5和 P<0 .0 1)。绝大多数居民采用的措施是体育锻炼、合理营养和有节奏的生活规律 ,分别为 73 .3、67.1和 5 9.7 ,并且有自我保健意识的慢性病患病率低于无自我保健意识 ,为 61.9和 86.8 ( P<0 .0 5 )。吸烟率和饮酒率分别为 11.9和 3 .5 ,男性高于女性( P<0 .0 1)。居民预防保健知识的知晓率在 80 %以上 ,并受性别和文化程度的影响。　结论　加强媒体的健康教育宣传的力度与深度 ,从而提高居民自我保健意识

A Survey on Self Health Care Consciousness among Part of the Middle-aged and Old Residents at Hong Kou District in Shanghai

Objective To understand Self health care consciousness among middle-aged and old residents in Shanghai. Methods 1 130 middle-aged and old residents were under investigation by using the method of random sampling. Results 83.8% of residents have self health care consciousness. Residents doing physical exercises, keeping rational nutrition and regularl life occupies 73.3%, 67.1%, 59.7%(P<0 05). Prevalence rate of chrionic disease among those having self health care consciousness is lower than those not having self health care consciousness (61.9% and 86.8%, P<0.05). Rate of somking and drinking are 11.9% and 3.5%. That of male is higher than the female (P<0.01). Rate of knowledge of health in residents is over 80% . It is affected by gender and education. Conclusion The propagation of health education on media should be strengthened to improve self health care consciousness of residents.
