多种应激对SD食道肿瘤大鼠细胞免疫及肿瘤标志物表达的影响

摘    要:目的探讨不同种类应激对食道肿瘤大鼠模型T淋巴细胞免疫及肿瘤标志物CEA、CA19-9、CA724、CY-FRA21-1、SCC表达的影响。方法 60只健康12周龄食道肿瘤SD大鼠通过建立食道肿瘤模型,应激组(50只)以国际通用的五种应激模式每组10只分别进行应激,共4周。对照组(10只)正常饲养。在应激实验开始前、每周应激后以及应激结束后1周分别测定每组大鼠的T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及食道肿瘤肿瘤标志物CEA、CA19-9、CA724、CY-FRA21-1、SCC表达的变化,进行肿瘤变化评价。结果应激组在实验开始到最终共检测六次。与对照组相比较,从应激三周后开始CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及CEA、SCC差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),不同应激组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论慢性复合应激对食道肿瘤大鼠T淋巴细胞免疫及肿瘤标志物的表达有明显促进作用,与应激类型无关。

Effects of Many Kinds of Stresses on Cell Immunity and Tumor Marker Expression in Modeling Oesophageal Neoplasia SD Rats

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of different types of stress on T lymphocyte immunity and tumor markers CEA,CA19-9,CA724,CY-FRA21-1,SCC expression in esophageal tumor rat models. Methods Esophageal tumor models were established through 60 oesophageal neoplasia SD rats aged 12-week.The rats in stress groups(n=50) carried on the stress separately by five kinds of international general stress patterns,each group of 10 and altogether 4 weeks.The rats of control group(n=10) were raised normally.The blood levels of T cell subgroups(CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+) and the expression changes of esophagus tumor markers(CEA,CA19-9,CA724,and CY-FRA21-1,and SCC) were determined before starting the stress experiment,after conducting the stress experiment of each week,and one week after the stress experiment.The tumor changes were assessed. Results We detected six times in stress groups from starting to terminating the experiment.There were statistically significant differences in CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CEA,and SCC after three-week stress experiment between control group and the stress groups(P<0.05),but no statistically significant difference was found among the stress groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Chronic complex stress can significantly improve the blood levels of T cell subgroups and the expression of esophagus tumor markers,but it is not correlated with the types of stress.
