高尔基体蛋白73预警肝癌的应用研究

目的探讨高尔基体蛋白73（golgi protein 73,GP73）作为肝癌标志物对肝癌的早期诊断价值。方法本文共收集147例血清,其中肝癌患者73例,良性肝病患者41例,健康人33例。应用ELISA定量检测血清GP73水平,化学发光免疫分析检测血清甲胎蛋白（AFP）水平。结果 GP73诊断肝癌的敏感性、特异性达到82.2%和90.5%,与本文患者AFP的敏感性、特异性（63.0%、77.3%）相比,前者均有显著增高。结论血清GP73可能是诊断肝癌又一个新的血清标志物,对肝癌的早期诊断具有良好的临床应用价值。

Application of Golgi Protein 73 in Early - warning of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined determination of serum tumor marker Golgi protein 73(GP73) for early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC). Methods ELISA was used to determine the serum level of GP73 and chemiluminescence immunoassay was used to detect the serum AFP level in 73 patients with PHC,41 patients with benign liver diseases and 33 controls. Results The sensitivity of GP73 for diagnosis of PHC was 82.2%,which was significantly higher than that of AFP(63.0%).The specificity of GP73 for diagnosis of PHC was 90.5%,which was significantly higher than that of AFP test(77.3%). Conclusions These results suggest that GP73 may be used as a serum marker for the diagnosis of PHC.Determination of serum GP73 is valuable for the early diagnosis of PHC.
