健康管理在健康体检中的应用

目的探讨体检结果中的主要疾病谱及其男女差别,并给出健康管理建议。方法收集我院2009年企业机关员工1 349例体检结果,采用顺位及异常检出率进行统计学分析研究。结果疾病诊断和阳性体征前十位分别是：脂肪肝,高脂血症,甲状腺结节,前列腺肥大、增生,骨量减少,高尿酸血症,痔疮,幽门螺杆菌抗体阳性,谷丙转氨酶偏高,宫颈抹片示炎症,除去男女性专科疾病和个别疾病外,男女患病率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论体检所测得的疾病中多数男女有明显差别,健康管理有助于降低疾病的患病率。

Application of Health Management in Physical Examination

Objective To estimate the main disease spectrum and the result differences of physical examination between men and women,and to put forward the recommendations about health management. Methods The results of physical examination of 1,349 employees were collected from CNPC Central Hospital in 2009,and then a statistical analysis was conducted by using the order method and the abnormal detection rate. Results The top ten of disease diagnosis and the positive signs were fatty liver,hyperlipidemia,thyroid nodules,prostatic hypertrophy,osteopenia,hyperuricemia,hemorrhoids,helicobacter pylori antibodies,high ALT,and cervical smear showed inflammation.In addition to the special diseases of males and females and individual diseases,there were statistically significant differences in the prevalence rate between men and women(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusions There are significant differences in the diseases measured by physical examination between men and women.Health management is conducive to reduce the prevalence rates of the diseases.
