湘南地区某高校大学生艾滋病相关知识态度调查

目的了解地方院校在校大学生对艾滋病相关知识的认知、态度及信息来源途径,使地方院校进一步的艾滋病健康教育模式更具针对性。方法采取整群抽样的方法,进行问卷调查。结果"艾滋病病毒感染后是否就是艾滋病人"、"世界艾滋病日"和"红丝带意义"的正确回答率分别是65.8%、8.6%和34.4%。大学生对三大传播途径知晓率86.8%～98.0%不等。对日常生活(如握手等)不会传播艾滋病的知晓率为82.0%,对蚊子叮咬不会传播艾滋病的知晓率是37.6%。虽然有89.8%的被调查者回答不歧视HIV/AIDS,但表示愿意与其同桌学习或吃饭的只有47.2%和49.4%,回答"对待感染者象对待平常人一样的"及愿意帮助因不洁行为而感染AIDS的分别占46.4%和47.4%。被调查的大学生主要信息来源是电视(73.0%)、书报(67.4%)、免费宣传材料(61.2%)、书籍(59.6%)。结论目前大学生对艾滋病相关知识有一定的了解,但对一些专业较强和非传播途径的认知水平还有待提高。艾滋病宣传教育中应具有针对性,着力开展反歧视活动和培养大学生的自我保护技能。

Survey on AIDS - related Knowledge and Attitude in Some College Students in Southern Hunan

Objective To understand AIDS-related knowledge,attitude and the source of information channels of the students in the local college,and to enable AIDS health education more purposeful.Method With a stratified cluster sampling methodology,a total of 520 college students were selected to fill in the questionnaire.Results The correct answer rates of a HIV-infected individual is a AIDS patient,World AIDS Day,and the significance of Red Ribbon were 65.8%,8.6%,and 34.4% respectively.The cognition rates of three major transmission routes ranged from 86.8% to 98.0%.The awareness rates of daily life activities(such as shaking hands,etc.)and mosquito bites will not spread AIDS were 82.0% and 37.6% respectively.89.8% of respondents answered there was non-discrimination to HIV/AIDS.But the students who expressed willingness to study or eat dinner with HIV/AIDS were 47.2% and 49.4% respectively.There was 46.4% surveyed students expressed that HIV/AIDS should be treated like ordinary people,and only 47.4% respondents were willing to help those HIV/AIDS who contracted HIV through unclean acts.The main sources of information were television(73.0%),newspapers and magazines(67.4%),free promotional materials(61.2%),and books(59.6%).Conclusions The cognition degree of college students to AIDS-related knowledge is relatively high.But some measures must be taken to enhance the relative professional knowledge and knowledge about HIV non-transmission routes.HIV/AIDS-related health education should be targeted and focused on anti-discrimination activities and training students' self-protection skills.
